Ikibibi would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Your happiness is our highest priority. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the original packaging has been opened* and/or the product has been used.
We can accept returns for damaged or defective goods only**. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective product, please email us at email@example.com for further instructions.
Only products purchased on ikibibi.com and that will pass inspection may be returned for a refund or an exchange. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to send your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

*original packaging: our clothes, health and beauty products and décor items are inspected and placed in an individually sealed package. When the seal of the package is broken, we will consider the product as been used and will not accept the return. Our mission is to ensure that our customers receive products of quality and that all rules of hygiene are applied.
**this is solely applicable to items that don’t have our quality seal.
